The Dinerstein Cos. plans to enter new submarket in Florida

The Dinerstein Cos. has launched Atlas, the company’s new multifamily brand specializing in class A properties. With this launch, the company has shared plans to enter a new submarket and develop its first two Atlas branded properties, Atlas at The Loop and Atlas Ballpark, in Kissimmee, Fla. In total, the company is set to deliver 664 units in 2024.

“We are excited to introduce our new Atlas brand under The Dinerstein Cos., as well as share that we are entering a new submarket,” said Todd Gaines, East Coast partner at The Dinerstein Cos. “In addition to being home to the third-largest medical cluster in Central Florida, Kissimmee continues to benefit from significant in-migration and population growth.
