DigitalBridge, IFM Investors to take Switch private in $11b deal

DigitalBridge Partners II, the value-added digital infrastructure equity strategy of DigitalBridge Group, and an affiliate of IFM Investors have agreed to acquire all outstanding common shares of Switch in an all-cash transaction valued at $11 billion, including the assumption of debt.

Switch is a telecommunications company, headquartered in Las Vegas, that develops and operates the SUPERNAP data-center facilities and provides colocation, telecommunications, cloud services, and content ecosystems.
