Dermody has announced the acquisition and development of LogistiCenter at Clackamas, in Clackamas, Ore. This project marks the first industrial development more than 100,000 square feet to be constructed in Clackamas in the past five years and is slated for completion by the end of 2026.
“LogistiCenter at Clackamas’ strategic location makes this property a stellar addition to our Northwest Region offerings,” said Ben Seeger, Northwest region partner at Dermody. “The property is conveniently located less than three miles from Interstate 205, and has great connectivity to Interstate 5, downtown Portland, the city of Vancouver, and the Ports of Vancouver and Portland. Its location in Clackamas County promises a business-friendly operating environment in an institutional submarket of Portland that lacks new class A warehouse product.”
