Davis Cos. and partners near completion of Brooklyn boutique luxury condominium

Lonicera Partners, Orange Management and The Davis Cos. have recently topped out their new condo located at 76 Schermerhorn Street, at the crux of Brooklyn Heights and downtown Brooklyn.

The 13-story project, known as The Symon, has 59 one- to four-bedroom units. Although still under construction, sales have launched.
