Transwestern Real Estate Services (TRS) has arranged the sale of the six-building, 250,588-square-foot Westech Portfolio in Silver Spring, Maryland’s White Oak submarket.
Transwestern represented DSC Partners, LLC in the sale to ESJ Capital Partners for an undisclosed price.
“Westech’s size and location within White Oak’s growing medical, R&D, and life sciences corridor made it attractive to investors seeking conversion opportunities and upside potential,” said Gerry Trainor, Transwestern’s executive managing director.
The Westech Portfolio is in the heart of the White Oak micro-market in the North Silver Spring submarket, a targeted high-growth area of Montgomery County and an Opportunity Zone.
