Crow Holdings Capital, in partnership with St. Louis–based developer Sansone Group, has acquired 101.5 acres near Savannah, Ga., according to media outlets.
The joint venture plans to develop more than 1.3 million square feet of class A industrial space at the site, which will be the first development in Georgia for the firm.
The site is located six miles from the Georgia Port Authority, the third-largest port in the United States.
