Crow Holding Capital buys another San Diego site

A partnership between LPC West, the West Coast operating company of Lincoln Property Co., and a private equity real estate fund advised by Crow Holdings Capital acquired roughly 174,000 square feet of industrial buildings in San Diego’s Kearny Mesa submarket from Bottling Group for $30.3 million.

The properties at 7995 Armour St., 4212 Pepsi Dr. and 7902 Othello Ave. are situated on 10.55 acres.

In June the partnership acquired 80,233 square feet of existing office buildings on 21.04 acres of land in San Diego.
