Croatan Investments, a multifamily investment manager for private wealth, institutional and retail capital, has appointed Ben Bartlett as senior vice president, transactions. In addition to identifying, underwriting and structuring investments across the company’s portfolio, Bartlett will be leading Croatan’s build-for-rent (BFR) division.
