Crescent Communities completes construction of build-to-suit industrial facility in South Carolina

Crescent Communities announced the completion of construction of a 50,276-square-foot build-to-suit facility at AXIAL Southgate 77 in Rock Hill, S.C., for Goodwill Industries of the Southern Piedmont. AXIAL Southgate 77’s second building is set to deliver in May.

The campus contains two buildings totaling 270,557 square feet. The spec warehouse has 32-foot clear heights, an ESFR fire sprinkler system, 53 dock-high loading doors, four pit levelers, two drive-in doors, 2,500 square feet of office area and ample parking for future tenants. Currently, 220,281 square feet is available for leasing, with the ability to accommodate a wide range of uses including last-mile logistics, distribution, light manufacturing and assembly.
