Core Spaces has marked a new phase of construction on Hub Tampa Fowler, a 1,195-bed student housing community located west of the University of South Florida campus.
The development, which is expected to be the first new student housing community to enter the market in the area since 2024, will include 396 units with a mix of studio to five-bedroom floor plans. The property is situated approximately a 10-minute walk from campus and is designed to serve students seeking updated, purpose-built housing options.
Amenities will span nearly 15,000 square feet and include a resort-style pool, a café concept operated by New Here Coffee, a fitness center and a wellness-focused spa featuring a cold plunge, sauna and Pilates reformers. The community will also include three ground-level courtyards and an 824-space parking garage.
