Cordillera Investment Partners has raised $443 million fund for its Cordillera Investment Fund III.
Fund III is larger than its predecessor, which raised $362 million in 2018.
The new fund brings Cordillera’s assets under management past the $1.5 billion mark.
The new fund’s investor base is largely institutional, comprising endowments, foundations and family offices, among other investor types.
Fund III has begun making investments across eight portfolio companies, including in marina management business Suntex Marina Investors and in Galway Sustainable Capital, which lends to businesses with environmental and social goals. The fund invests primarily in the United States, and aims to make about 12 investments.
