Concorde-affiliated Fortitude Investment Group adds four registered representatives

Concorde, an independent broker-dealer and registered investment adviser serving financial professionals nationwide, has announced that four registered representatives have joined Fortitude Investment Group, a Concorde-affiliated national advisory firm specializing in 1031 exchanges and Delaware statutory trust (DST) investments. Natalie Bender, Cathy O’Neill, Daniel Gamini and Brian Coughlin are now registered with Concorde and advising accredited investors through Fortitude.

The additions extend Fortitude’s coverage into Houston and Southern California alongside its New York headquarters and deepen the firm’s capacity to advise property owners evaluating a transition from actively managed real estate to passive ownership. Because a 1031 exchange defers capital gains tax rather than eliminating it, the firm’s practice centers on evaluating whether that deferral serves an investor’s broader plan.
