Denver-based Comunale Properties has plans to develop Chandler Connection, a class A 201,000-square-foot industrial property located adjacent to the Chandler Municipal Airport in Chandler, Ariz.
This is the firm’s first industrial project in Phoenix and is slated to begin in July, with completion set for the first quarter of 2022. Comunale closed on the 17-acre property in March for $5 million, according to real estate database Vizzda.
“We’ve had great success with this product type in Colorado and see the same demand patterns in the Southeast Valley, particularly from advanced manufacturers and last-mile operators positioning themselves to serve Chandler, which is metro Phoenix’s third-most dense submarket,” said John Comunale, president of Comunale Properties. “We view Chandler Connection as our springboard into Phoenix and a natural next step in our company’s growth. We’re excited to be here.”
