Communication, transparency at top of mind for 2022 iREOC Annual Membership Meeting attendees

The fourth iREOC Annual Membership Meeting kicked off on Nov. 14 in the Omni Barton Creek Resort & Spa in Austin, drawing about 100 industry professionals representing more than $1 trillion dollars in real property holdings.

The “members only” event is designed to provide a platform for candid discussions among real estate operating companies (REOCs), institutional investors and their investment managers on forming and running more profitable and productive REOC partnership investments. The 24 investment manager members that attended control more than $814 billion in real property; the 30 attending REOC members control more than $180 billion; and the nine institutional investor members that attended control more than $50 billion, according to data compiled by David Stanford, a founder and enterprise managing consultant with RealFoundations.
