Columbia Ventures and The Radco Cos. have sold Quill, a multifamily building in Atlanta. According to the Quill website, the building is under the new management of CWS Apartment Homes. Cushman & Wakefield arranged the transaction. A sales price was not disclosed.
The 208-unit property offers studio, one- and two-bedroom floor plans with a choice between two different interior style options. The units also offer walk-in closets with built-in shelving, modern light fixtures, ceiling fans, a gourmet kitchen and breakfast bar.
The property offers residents a 24-hour fitness center, a climbing wall, yoga space, stationary bike and boxing studios. There is also an outdoor grill and bar area, indoor clubhouse lounge, package concierge for deliveries, multi-level parking with EV charging stations, and on-site storage units.
Downtown Atlanta is accessible via the MARTA and fast access to Interstate 20, and the property also offers community bike storage.
