Andy Sieg has earned $11.3 million as head of wealth at Citigroup, which he joined in September 2023, reported Advisor Hub.
Sieg received almost $270,000 in salary plus $11 million in guaranteed incentive compensation, including a $4.4 million cash bonus and $6.6 million in stock awards, according to the filing. His compensation was about $2 million below Citi’s chief operating officer and chief financial officer and $15 million less than Chief Executive Officer Jane Fraser’s pay.
