by Released

CIM Group has joined the growing family of sponsors of Real Assets Adviser magazine, according to Jennifer Dohrmann-Alpert, managing director of the monthly financial publication.

CIM is a community-focused real estate and infrastructure owner, operator, developer and lender. Since 1994, CIM has led more than a hundred projects in metropolitan communities across the Americas on behalf of its own account and for its partners and co-investors. CIM’s broad in-house expertise includes decades of research, acquisition, credit analysis, development, finance, leasing and property management experience in real assets located in and serving densely populated communities, net-lease assets and other associated credit strategies. Using its disciplined approach and extensive in-house expertise, CIM seeks to create value in projects, which ultimately enhances communities.

Sean Morris, managing director, partner and co-investor relations at CIM Group, will serve as the official editorial advisory board member at the 2020 Editorial Advisory Board meeting in New York City.

Morris stated, “CIM welcomes the opportunity to join the editorial leadership of this prominent publication, which provides thoughtful and forward-looking coverage of the real assets industry. We look forward to providing our insights to help shape the dialog around relevant industry topics for broker-dealers, RIA and family office readers."

Real Assets Adviser is distributed free to its targeted circulation of more than 55,000 senior executives of the RIA, broker-dealer and family office community. The magazine, published by San Ramon, Calif.–based Institutional Real Estate, Inc., is focused on providing real assets–related educational and actionable information to the broader private wealth community. The publication covers both liquid and illiquid strategies for all the major asset classes including, but not limited to: real estate, infrastructure, precious metals, agricultural commodities, timber, and oil and gas.

Dohrmann-Alpert stated that in return for support, magazine sponsors receive a package of benefits that enable them to raise their industry profile, create brand awareness, communicate a substantive and differentiating message to their target audiences, and get connected with key decision makers at leading industry firms.

CIM joins current sponsors of the magazine, including AI Insight, Broadstone, Buttonwood Due Diligence LLC, DWS, The Entrust Group, Heitman, Inland Private Capital Corp., KBS, Mick Law, Morgan Stanley, National Real Estate Advisors, Pender Capital, Waypoint Residential and WealthForge.
