CenterSquare announced the acquisition of Village at Causeway, a 27,860-square-foot essential service retail (ESR) property in Tampa, Fla. The property is located at a highly trafficked Interstate 75 intersection that sees 66,000 vehicles per day.
The property is a 100 percent leased center that is home to a diverse lineup of tenants, including Jimmy John’s, IVX Health and PT Solutions. It is adjacent to major retailers such as Costco, Walmart, Publix, Bass Pro Shops and TopGolf and supports the 36,000 households within a three-mile radius.
