CenterSquare has acquired Shops at Aliana Trace, a 40,000-square-foot new construction essential service retail (ESR) property. The property is situated within one of Texas’s retail corridors along Houston’s third-ring highway, Grand Parkway, which sees more than 100,000 vehicles per day.
The property is a 100 percent leased center that is home to a strong lineup of national tenants, including Big Blue Swim, Salon by JC and Wayback Burgers. The property sits adjacent to a new Costco and a dominant power center, Grand at Aliana, anchored by Target and HEB. It is located at the doorstep of 8,000-plus homes, and residents must pass by to access Grand Parkway.
