Carson Group president Teri Shepherd steps down

Teri Shepherd, Carson Group president, has plans to step down, reported WealthManagement.com.

Shepherd joined Carson in 2012. Notably, she spearheaded the launch of Carson Partners, which has grown to more than 140 advisory firm locations. Prior to be president, she held the position of COO.

Before joining Carson, Shepherd held the position of executive vice president, CFO and COO at an independent broker-dealer, RIA and insurance company for a decade. Additionally, she served as the corporate controller of a publicly traded biotech firm for two years.
