The Carlyle Group buys L.A. apartment complex for $272m
The Carlyle Group has purchased the 648-unit Sofia Los Angeles apartment complex at 1120 W. Sixth St. in the Westlake neighborhood of Los Angeles for $272.5 million, reported The Real Deal.
The sellers of the Sofia Los Angeles apartment complex were development firm Holland and North America Sekisui House.
