Capstar Real Estate Advisors announced that it secured a joint venture equity partnership for the development at 2800 Skyline Drive, a class-A industrial building totaling 756,668 square feet in Mesquite, Texas.
JLL worked on behalf of the sponsor to arrange the joint venture equity partnership with a confidential capital provider.
The development has an expected delivery in first quarter 2025. The building will feature 40-foot clear height, 109 dock-high doors, 351 car parks and 134 trailer parking spaces. The building will be on a 40.43-acre parcel and is fully pre-leased to a solar-panel manufacturer. The facility will be utilized for distribution to support the company’s manufacturing operation next door, at 3000 Skyline Drive. The project is expected to break ground in first quarter 2024.
