JLL represented the seller in the transaction. COFE Properties has acquired the portfolio.
Cobblestone Business Park is a 97,859-square-foot, two-building industrial portfolio located at 100 and 110 Londonderry Court in Woodstock, Ga. The portfolio is approximately three miles from Interstate 575 and in the Northwest submarket of Atlanta in the city of Woodstock.
