Capital Square, a sponsor of tax-advantaged real estate investments and an active developer and manager of housing communities nationwide, has announced that Phillip Jensen has joined the firm as senior vice president, national accounts, and also will oversee sales efforts in its Northwest territory comprising California, Idaho, Montana, Oregon, Washington and Wyoming. In his new role, Jensen will work alongside Albert Thompson, senior vice president, national accounts, to build and strengthen strategic relationships with broker-dealers and registered investment advisers (RIA) nationwide.
Jensen brings more than two decades of financial services experience to Capital Square. He has spent his career building capital formation and distribution relationships across the independent broker-dealer and RIA channels.
