Canadian consultant appointed to Mexican plan for $3.3b North American logistics corridor

by Andrea Zander

Engage Construction Management and Consulting has been selected to work on part of a $3.3 billion plan to create a logistics corridor running more than 7,000 kilometers (4,350 miles) from the Pacific coast of Mexico up through the United States to the Canadian city of Winnipeg, reported Global Construction Review.

The U.S.–Mexico–Canada Agreement (USMCA) Corridor, also known as the Northern Corridor project or TMEC Corridor, is aimed at connecting Mexico to the rail and logistics systems of Canada and the United States to cut freight costs and transport times.
