Cambridge Associates has appointed Samantha Davidson as its president and head of global investing, starting in July.
Davidson takes over for Noel O’Neill, who is stepping into a newly created executive role as the firm’s first head of investment implementation.
Before joining Cambridge Associates, Davidson served as a senior partner and U.S. investments leader at Mercer. Prior to that, she spent 17 years at Goldman Sachs, where she was an investment leader across several businesses within the wealth and asset management divisions.
In her new role, Davidson will lead Cambridge Associates’ global investing team and will be responsible for running the firm’s investment business and overseeing its global investment platform.
