The Calida Group names VP of capital markets

The Calida Group, a vertically integrated multifamily investment and development firm, has appointed Miranda Dean as a vice president of capital markets.

Dean, who brings more than a decade of experience in the commercial real estate and fintech spaces, will support all capital markets activity for the company on multiple strategic initiatives.

Dean has specialized in debt origination and capital raising from both domestic and international investors, investor relations and business operations. She joins The Calida Group from Archer Real Estate, where she served as investment sale broker. In her previous roles, she oversaw debt originations and underwriting, as well as SMA portfolio management at Nuveen Real Estate.

The firm said she possesses a unique set of skills, perspectives and relationships that will be instrumental in building out The Calida Group’s capital markets team.
