The Calida Group has continued to increase its investments into the single-family rental (SFR) sector, adding the multi-level Bella on Canyon townhome to its portfolio in Washington.

Bella on Canyon was built in 2012 and consists of 140 homes averaging 1,050 square feet. These spacious floor plans all feature a balcony or patio, full-size washer and dryer, nine-foot ceilings, modern kitchen appliance package, fireplace, pantry and walk-in closets. The units all feature an oversized direct access garage that can fit a resident’s car along with additional areas for storage.
