Bridge Logistics Properties has acquired San Jose 2-Pack, a two-building industrial portfolio totaling 450,000 square feet in the City of Industry within Los Angeles's San Gabriel Valley submarket.
The fully leased complex encompasses two adjacent properties featuring a combined 450,000 square feet of high-quality industrial space. The larger facility spans 250,000 square feet, while the second building is 200,000 square feet.
The properties are positioned in the San Gabriel Valley. Located in the City of Industry, the facilities provide tenants with superior access to major transportation corridors and distribution networks throughout the Greater Los Angeles area.
