Bridge Industrial appoints Nick Siegel as head of national acquisitions

Bridge Industrial has promoted Nick Siegel to partner, acquisitions.

In his new role, he will lead Bridge’s expanded national acquisitions platform, with a focus on value-add strategy across its core U.S. markets.

Siegel will remain based at Bridge’s headquarters in Chicago, where he previously served as partner for the region, and will oversee a national team of professionals charged with growing the firm’s strategy in Chicago, New Jersey, New York, Miami, Los Angeles/San Francisco, and Seattle. In December 2021, Bridge completed its first acquisition under its new platform, purchasing Pompano Beach Commerce Park — a three-building, 336,852-square-foot industrial campus in Pompano Beach, Fla.
