Blue Wheel, an omni-channel digital commerce agency, and Retail Bloom, an ecommerce marketplace agency, announced their merger to form the joint venture Blue Wheel.
With the financial backing of Longshore Capital Partners, the new partnership increases Blue Wheel's ecommerce revenue under management to more than $1 billion across its clients.
