Blackstone has acquired two adjoining buildings in Van Nuys, Calif., for $83 million total, reported The Real Deal.
The seller was Realty Bancorp Equities.
Blackstone bought two light industrial building at 8201 Woodley Ave. in the San Fernando Valley city, totaling 10.3 acres.
