Black Swift Group has named Tyler Hamilton as an incoming managing director. Hamilton will lead Black Swift’s investor relations efforts and become the director of Black Swift’s newly formed Professional Athlete Wealth Advisory Group.
As the director of Black Swift’s investor relations, Hamilton will become a key contact for institutional investors and family offices for Black Swift’s private funds. He will work to enhance Black Swift’s efforts on the alignment of business growth and development plans and facilitate product evolution for the various Black Swift investment strategies. Black Swift’s private investment fund platform spans hedge funds, direct credit investments, private equity and other alternative solutions.
And as head of the Professional Athlete Wealth Advisory Group, Hamilton will launch Black Swift’s efforts in providing investment advisory and planning to professional athletes.
Hamilton is a former professional road cyclist who competed in the Tour de France eight times, and finished second in the Giro d’Italia in 2002. He is also the co-author of the NYT bestselling book, The Secret Race: Inside the Hidden World of the Tour de France: Doping, Cover-ups, and Winning at All Costs, winner of the prestigious William Hill Sports Book of the Year Award in 2012.
