BKM Capital Partners, a vertically integrated institutional fund manager specializing in multitenant light industrial properties, has expanded its investment team with the addition of Charlie Farmer as director of acquisitions and dispositions. Based in Newport Beach, Calif., Farmer will lead investment activity across the Central and Southeastern United States.
In his new role, Farmer will lead sourcing, underwriting and execution efforts for new investments in high-growth markets across the Central and Southeastern United States, including Austin, Chicago, Dallas, Denver, Houston, Miami, Orlando and Tampa. He will work in close coordination with his West Coast counterpart, Michael Grossner, who oversees BKM’s investment activity in key markets in Arizona, California, Nevada, Oregon, Utah and Washington state.
