Birdsong Capital Partners, a real estate investment firm specializing in light industrial warehouses, has just launched, according to a Feb. 5 LinkedIn post from Tim Basset, managing partner at Birdsong Capital Partners.
Birdsong Capital Partners will focus on the greater Nashville, Tenn., and Charlotte, N.C., markets. It aims to identify high-quality industrial opportunities, as well as create long-term value.
This emerging real estate investment firm targets assets between 5,000 square feet and 75,000 square feet, with total capitalizations ranging from $2 million to $15 million.
