Biotest, Inc., a health care/life science company based in China, announced the acquisition of a 42,547-square-foot industrial/laboratory building in Sorrento Mesa, Calif. for $23 million.
Voit represented the buyer that will use the property for product development and distribution.
The property is located at 10140 Mesa Rim in Sorrento Mesa.
