Each building’s tall ceilings, parking and close hospital proximity make this property prime for future healthcare tenancy. Blackhawk Medical Center is located approximately 20 miles north of downtown Phoenix, which is part of the 10th largest MSA in the United States with a total population of more than 5 million.
