Bespoke Holdings Co. has acquired 4620 S. Apple St. in Boise, Idaho, marking the fifth acquisition under Bespoke Industrial Income Plus Fund II.
Located in the Southeast Boise Industrial Market, east of Interstate 84, 4620 S. Apple St. tenants will have immediate access to southern Idaho’s primary transportation corridor and a 10-minute drive to downtown Boise and the Micron Corporate Campus.
The site spans 10.93 acres of industrial outdoor storage (IOS), featuring the flexibility to be demised into units as small as 3 acres and the potential for rail service. The business plan includes a four- to six-month capital improvement program designed to prepare the site for future prospective tenants.
