Berkshire Hathaway Energy (BHE) is planning to acquire 100 percent of the equity interests in wind project companies from NaturEner USA.
The NaturEner Wind Project Companies consist of Glacier 1, Glacier 2, Power Watch, Rim Rock and Wind Watch. The companies are all wholly owned subsidiaries of NaturEner Montana Wind, a wholly-owned subsidiary of NaturEner USA.
Morgan Stanley Renewable Development Fund owns 100 percent of the class B managing membership interests of NaturEner USA, and NE North America owns 100 percent of the passive class A membership interests in NaturEner USA.
NE North America is owned and controlled by Grupo NaturEner, a renewable-energy company based in Madrid.
