Berkadia announced the sale of Vida Lakewood Ranch, a 2023-built, class AA institutional-quality apartment asset with 304 units located in Lakewood Ranch, a top-selling master-planned community in Bradenton, Fla.
Along with Berkadia Central & North Florida, the transaction was led on behalf of the builder and seller, Zilber Residential Group of Milwaukee. Zilber Residential Group constructs, owns and manages multifamily communities in Wisconsin, Florida, Arizona and California. An undisclosed investor acquired the property for $92.1 million.
