BentallGreenOak has acquired a 614,020-square-foot class-A industrial portfolio consisting of seven manufacturing and distribution buildings in northern San Diego. The seller and financial terms were not disclosed.
The portfolio comprises a three-building distribution center plus four freestanding buildings located in the submarket clusters of Carlsbad, Vista and San Marcos, Calif.
“This was a rare as well as prime opportunity for an investor to acquire a core industrial portfolio in San Diego’s North County, and that is well located and supported by a robust tenancy,” said Jeffrey Cole, executive vice chairman who was on the Capital Markets team from Cushman & Wakefield in Southern California, who brokered the sale. “The portfolio provides excellent diversification with 11 tenants ranging from 10,200 square feet to 162,000 square feet.
