Fidelis Healthcare Partners has broken ground on the 100,000-square-foot Saint Joseph Medical Office Pavilion, located on the Denver hospital’s Uptown campus.
Fidelis Healthcare Partners is a healthcare real estate venture that launched in September 2017. Partners include a major state retirement fund advised by Bentall Kennedy, a longtime partner in a previous joint venture with Partners Health Trust.
