Beachwold Residential has secured $68.25 million in financing to facilitate the acquisition of Millyard at Meadow Commons, a newly constructed 269-unit luxury apartment community in Newington, Conn.
Millyard at Meadow Commons, located at 98 Pane Road in Hartford County, sits within the 24-acre Meadow Commons mixed-use development along the Berlin Turnpike. The property offers residents walkable access to premier retail tenants, including Market 32, Shake Shack, Sally's Apizza, CAVA, PJ's Coffee, Club Pilates and Wonder.
The luxury apartment community features three four-story buildings comprising studios, one-, two- and three-bedroom units with an average size of 953 square feet. Each residence includes quartz countertops, stainless-steel appliances, smart keyless entry systems, in-unit washers and dryers, and designer finishes with select private yards and balconies.
