CAMCO Investment Group has purchased The Mesa Tower, a 16-story, 311,949-square-foot class A high-rise office building in Mesa, Ariz. The sales price was $39.5 million.
The seller was a joint venture of Barker Pacific Group and Iron Point Partners.
The Mesa Tower is in an opportunity zone within the Fiesta District of Mesa.
