Atlanta Property Group has sold Oates Crossing, a four-building, 237,734-square-foot class A shallow-bay industrial park in Mooresville, N.C.
JLL represented the seller in the transaction.
Oates Crossing is a best-in-class shallow-bay industrial portfolio spanning four buildings built between 2005 and 2018. The property also includes 8.1 acres of additional land for potential future development of up to 64,675 square feet. The park is currently 99 percent leased to a diverse mix of 15 tenants.
Strategically positioned less than one mile from Interstate 77, Oates Crossing benefits from access to major transportation arteries, including Interstates 485, 40, 85 and 81.
