ASB Real Estate Investments (ASB) announced a series of promotions, including two new managing directors, four new senior vice presidents, and a new vice president.
Larry Braithwaite, portfolio manager of the Allegiance Real Estate Fund, ASB’s $8.8 billion core-investment vehicle, has been promoted from senior vice president to managing director. He joined ASB in 2006 as an analyst after working in investment banking.
Brendan Reed, ASB’s general counsel since 2017, has been promoted from senior vice president to managing director.
Kavita Mathews, who joined ASB in 2018, has been promoted from vice president in the capital investment group to senior vice president.
Mary Murphy, who joined ASB in 2014, has been promoted from vice president in the capital investment group to senior vice president.
Frank Nigro, who joined ASB’s client services group in 2010, has been promoted from vice president to senior vice president.
