Artemis Real Estate Partners has purchased the 168-room Hyatt Place hotel at 2121 M St. NW, in Washington, D.C., according to the Washington Business Journal.
The sales price is estimated to be $44.3 million.
An affiliate of Artemis bought the property from Renaissance Centro, the hotel's developer.
