Argosy Real Estate Partners, in partnership with Canvas Residential and Collett Capital, has acquired a fully entitled, seven-acre land site for the development of Avery Place Townhomes, a single-family build-for-rent community totaling 58 townhomes. Avery Place is located in the Steele Creek submarket of Charlotte, N.C., approximately nine miles southwest of downtown and six miles from the Charlotte Douglas International Airport.
Avery Place will feature two-story townhomes with three bedrooms, two and a half bathrooms, and either a one- or two-car attached garage. Interior finishes will feature open floor plans, nine-foot ceilings, vinyl-plank flooring, shaker cabinets and stainless-steel appliances. Select units will feature a fenced in backyard. Avery Place will offer a variety of onsite amenities including shared greenspaces, walking trails and a dog park.
