Argosy and operator partner acquire grocery-anchored shopping center
Argosy Real Estate Partners IV, a fund managed by Argosy Real Estate Partners, in partnership with Unison Realty Partners has acquired Bristol Place, a 412,604-square foot grocery-anchored shopping center located in Attleboro, Mass.
Built in 1992 and renovated in 2013, Bristol Place is anchored by Home Depot, Hobby Lobby, T.J. Maxx and Market Basket, one of the dominant grocers in New England. Other major tenants include Bob’s Stores, Bob’s Discount Furniture, Party City, Olive Garden and McDonald’s.
Based in Boston, Unison Realty Partners is an owner and operator of middle-market retail centers. Since its inception in 2010, Unison has acquired more than 2.3 million square feet of retail real estate across 18 properties, with a focus on grocery- and necessity-anchored shopping centers. Unison currently owns 15 retail properties totaling more than 1.9 million square feet of gross leasable area.
