Dallas-based Apricus Realty Capital (Apricus), a real estate investment firm specializing in industrial outdoor storage (IOS) assets, acquired 11403 N. Houston Rosslyn Rd., an 18.56-acre industrial outdoor storage property in Northwest Houston.
The property includes approximately 53,000 square feet of warehouse and service facilities on a large-scale pipe storage and distribution yard. The site is strategically located between Beltway 8, U.S. Highway 290 and Interstate 45.
The property is 100 percent leased to American Piping Products, a North American distributor of steel pipe, fittings and related products serving the energy, power generation, chemical processing and industrial sectors.
